Because what I need and what I believe are worlds apart

I just love this photo taken at sunset in Solomons Island, MD. It seems like two different worlds to me, hence the title, song Worlds Apart by Jars of Clay. Enjoy! 

Been a long time crossing Bridge of Sighs...

I contemplated over this post. I wanted to use this photo I took at Patuxent River Naval Air Station, and the song Bridge of Sighs by Robin Trower was screaming in my head to be used. But I felt, and still feel, as if this photo is to "happy" for this song. I debated using a grey scale version but decided against it. I felt it took away from the beauty of the picture. So, here is my "Bridge of Sighs", I swear I was born in the wrong decade. Enjoy!
